Tips for the perfect enquiry!
Here are a few things that help us get the perfect itinerary back to you quickly:
- Getting to know your clients: Why are they traveling? What are their must-see destinations and interests? Are there any specific dislikes or concerns? Every detail matters!
- Realistic Budgets: Please be realistic as possible about the budget. While we work magic, we can’t turn a $100-a-day budget into a luxury trip. Realistic budgets mean faster results.
- Inspiration Welcome: If you or your clients have found an itinerary you love, share it! Send us a copy or the link, and we’ll use it as a starting point to craft a personalised journey.

*Terms & Conditions:
An AUD$25 gift card will be given to the first 300 travel agents submitting a qualified and genuine enquiry through the Designer Journeys agent portal in between 01 November and 30 November 2023.
The qualified enquiry must be for one of the destinations supported by Designer Journeys and listed on the enquiry form, must have a genuine client name, a month of travel or date range, a suggested or sample itinerary, and must be submitted with a realistic budget. In determining whether these items have been satisfied, Designer Journeys sole discretion will be applied and our travel concierge team must deem the enquiry qualified enough to submit to one of our local designers. The decision of our travel concierge team is final. Limit of one gift card per client/group. Gift Cards will be distributed no later than 20 December 2023.
The incentive is designed to incentivise ‘good faith’ genuine enquiries only. If Designer Journey, within its sole discretion, determines that enquiries are not being submitted in ‘good faith’ it shall have the right to withdraw the incentive before payment. In exercising its discretion, Designer Journeys may ask for you to provide evidence of client communications to support the incentive claim.
Incentive valid for the first 300 qualified enquiries received between 01 November 2023 and 30 November 2023 and only valid for travel agents registered in Australia and New Zealand.
