Today, with a private driver, you'll visit the best villages of the Amalfi Coast. The twisty road, suspended between the sea and the slopes of Lattari Mountains, offers a stunning view of the overhanging shore. Formally known as Strada Statale 163 and originally built by the Romans, much of the road on this route is carved into the coastal cliffs showcasing jaw-dropping views down to the Tyrrhenian Sea and the cliffs above. You'll stop to visit many of the Amalfi Coast towns along the way.

Today, you'll have the entire day free to relax in Maiori. One of the beautiful Amalfi Coast towns, Maiori has been a popular holiday resort since Roman times. As well as a wealth of restaurants, shops and hotels, Maiori boats the longest unbroken stretch of sandy beach on the Amalfi Coast. It's history dates back to the Estrurian times and you can spend the day exploring its medieval churches, relaxing on its beautiful beach or perhaps taking a trip to another of the Amalfi Coast towns.

This morning, you'll take a private transfer to Naples and catch the train to Rome. After you've settled into your hotel, you'll board a snappy Ape Calessino, the “cousin” of the Vespa, and visit the most iconic sites of the city with its Baroque squares and fountains from Piazza di Spagna to Trevi Fountain. During the tour, you'll have a headset which will provide commentary about all the sites you visit so you'll be able to take in the history of these sites as well as their beauty.

This morning, you'll head out on a guided tour visiting the sites that date back to Imperial Rome: the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. All of these iconic landmarks make up one of the great and oldest excavation sites in the world. Then, you'll have some free time for lunch. In the late afternoon, you'll start a guided tour of the lively Trastevere area including delicious food and wine tastings along the way.

After breakfast, you'll check out and catch the train to Florence. In the afternoon, you'll have a walking tour with a private guide. You will visit the imposing Piazza del Duomo, the Square of the Dome and the Florence Cathedral. Your guide will give you a brief introduction before leading you into the quieter streets of the Santa Croce neighbourhood. This is where Dante used to hang out and where Michelangelo both lived and was buried. Few visitors venture into this part of town.

Today, you'll experience the beautiful Tuscan countryside a little differently - on the back of a typical Italian vehicle: a Vespa! You'll ride along the scenic and silent country roads through the hills of Tuscany on a scooter admiring the sights, smells and sounds of the Chianti region! You'll fall in love with the rolling hills of grape and olive orchards and visit two wineries where you'll learn all about wine and olive oil production in this area.

Today, you'll travel by train from Florence to Venice. Upon arrival, you'll take a private transfer from Venice station to your hotel by boat. You'll meet your local guide in the afternoon for a stroll around Venice to see the main highlights of the floating city. Meeting in St. Mark’s Square, you’ll take a few moments to appreciate this incredible space - it's absolutely enormous - before heading off to see the main sights. You'll end the tour with a romantic gondola ride down the Canal Grande!

Today, you'll catch a train from Venice to Milan. After checking into your hotel and getting settled, you'll meet your private guide in the afternoon and enjoy a guided tour of the city on the historical tram No1. You will see the main sites of Milan from Barre Quarter to the Milan Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and La Scala Theatre. You'll end the tour with an aperitif at a rooftop bar overlooking the beautiful Milan Cathedral.
