From Santiago, you'll head west towards Valparaíso. Declared a World Heritage by UNESCO, Valparaiso offers unique ocean landscapes with colourful neighbourhoods, picturesque cobblestone streets and old cable cars. Then, you'll take the coastal highway to the modern seaside city of Viña del Mar to see the flower clock, the casino, and several beaches. On return to Santiago, you'll head to the Veramonte Winery in Casablanca Valley for a tour and wine tasting.

This morning, after breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the Santiago airport. After your 1.5-hour flight, you will pick up your rental car at the airport and drive to your hotel in Pucón. You'll check into your hotel in the middle of a beautiful green park and have the rest of the day free to wander the park's trails, take a dip in the pool and enjoy the exquisite Chilean cuisine at the restaurant.

Today, you'll have the day free to spend in Pucon or you'll have the option to head out on a hiking tour to Huerquehue National Park. On this tour, you will drive to Tinquilco Lake where the seven-hour hike starts. You'll hike up towards the Andes and enjoy fantastic views of the Villarrica Volcano and the Tinquilco Lake, passing beautiful waterfalls until you reach the summit where clear and blue shimmering lagoons await you.

This morning, you'll drive from your hotel in Pucón to your hotel in Huilo Huilo. Sitting in the middle of the Temperate Wet Forest in the Huilo Huiloa Biological Reserve, Nothofagus is a hotel out of this realm. Made from noble materials and intertwined with the surrounding forest, Nothofagus is a place to experience the sensations, shapes, textures and sounds that return you to nature. During your time here, you can take part in the activities on offer and enjoy the sauna and swimming pool.

There are hundreds of trekking trails you can make use of in the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve during your time here. Spread over 240,000 acres of Patagonian Rainforest just under the Chilean Andes, in the park, you'll find over 250 kilometres of trails that lead you through the rainforest to discover hidden beaches, rivers, lagoons, springs, birdlife and native wildlife. Other activities include horseback riding, fly fishing, mountain biking, bathing in the hot springs, canopy walks and more.

This morning, you'll pack up and drive from Huilo Huilo to your hotel in Puerto Varas. Puerto Varas offers a combination of great outdoor adventures and distinctive Chilean-German culture. The enchanting town is located by the peaceful Lake Llanquihue and offers a sweeping natural setting. From the lakeside promenade, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the distant volcanoes and stroll around Puerto Varas to appreciate its traditional, unmistakably German architecture.

Today, on this optional tour, you can set eyes on the world-renowned Petrohué Waterfalls, that gush into the river and flow through rugged rock formations into an azure pool. After spend taking some time to gaze at its wonder, you'll continue onto the picturesque mountain village of Peulla, a small but resourceful place. You'll then follow the river further down to reach Todos Los Santos Lake and hop on a boat for a tour unlike any other before returning to Puerto Varas.

A full day, magical tour leaving from Puerto Varas will delve into the Chilote world. You'll begin by taking a boat down the Chacao canal to arrive in the village of Chacao. You will continue on to Castro, visiting the stilt houses of Rio Gamboa, the square and its church, and then the recently restored Nercón Church, which is a national monument. You'll finish the day in Dalcahue, taking in the natural landscape, then visiting the local artisan market, museum and church.
