Today, you'll set out with a guide to begin your Rio de Janeiro tour. You'll start the morning at Christ the Redeemer and be one of the first to get to the foot of the statue. Afterwards, you'll head to the city's southern shore, where you'll stop at a local farmer's market to taste tropical Brazillian fruit. After lunch at Parque Lage in the atrium of a historic mansion, you'll finish the day at the botanical gardens strolling through the hall of imperial palm trees.

Today, you'll explore the city's historic centre on a tour through the city's ever-changing architectural landscape. It is integrated with cultural manifestations through various art forms. You'll stop at two cafes for a special coffee tasting tour that will introduce you to the history of Brazilian coffee in the Minas region. At night, you'll go out Cariocas style as you hop between bars, clubs and samba schools.

Today, you'll start the day by exploring one of the city's most iconic beaches, walk around Urca neighbourhood and enjoy the sunset from Sugarloaf Mountain. You can opt to take the cable car or get some exercise in and hike to the top of Urca mountain. If you choose to hike, you can take the cable car back down instead of walking. Enjoy the views of the Guanabara Bay.

Spend the morning in Barra da Tijuca on a boat tour. Get to know Gigóia Island - the Carioca Pantanal. We will take a one-hour boat trip to see the small archipelago and its surroundings and see typical animals such as restingas, Brazilian biome, and mangrove animals such as yellow neck alligator, capybaras and several birds. After the boat trip we will walk around the island and get in touch with the local culture. Have lunch and head to the beach!
