Continuing your Rome to Amalfi Coast itinerary, this morning after breakfast your personal driver will take you to enjoy a full day around the Amalfi Coast. You'll drive along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Amalfi Coast on 'state route 163' – a masterpiece of human engineering. Following the natural outlines of Europe's most spectacular coastline, you will visit a mozzarella cheese factory and you will also visit a Limoncello factory, learning how to make both on each visit.

This morning your personal driver will transfer you to the pier where you will board a ferry boat to Capri. Upon arriving in Capri, you will discover the island and the beautiful “Piazzetta” in the heart of the town. In the afternoon, you'll jump on a sailboat with an English-speaking skipper who will take you around the delights of Capri. In the late afternoon, you will board a ferry boat back to Amalfi coast where your driver will transfer you to your hotel.

This morning you will meet your personal driver to transfer you from Amalfi to Fasano to reach your hotel. On the way, you will stop in Matera where you will meet your personal guide to enjoy a guided tour of Matera and the interesting cave dwellings. You will visit the old town with its most characteristic districts, the "Sassi", houses, shops and restaurants in dwellings carved into the rock. In the afternoon you will reach your hotel in Fasano.

This morning you will meet your guide at the hotel lobby to visit Alberobello, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will get to see a concentration of over 1,000 trulli houses; a remarkable sight of Mediterranean architecture. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Locorotondo for a tour: you'll begin your walk today at the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele then head to the Palazzo Morelli, a wonderful example of Baroque architecture. After Locorotondo, you'll head back to Fasano.

This morning you will meet your driver who will take you to your first activity of the day - a cooking school where you live an unforgettable experience preparing and cooking Italian delights with a professional chef. Lunch is of course included in the cooking class. In the afternoon, you will visit a winery where an expert will explain all the secrets of the local famous wine and you will enjoy a wine tasting before heading back to Fasano.

This morning your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby and take you to Ostuni where you will meet your personal guide to enjoy a guided visit of the town, often referred to as the 'white city' for its abundance of dazzling whitewashed houses. Here, you will see the historical city centre with its beautiful cathedral and many of the other top sights. After Ostuni, you'll continue to your hotel in Lecce where you'll stay overnight.

This morning you will enjoy a walking tour of Lecce with your professional guide. You'll visit the magnificent cathedral with its 70-metre-high bell tower, the Basilica of Santa Croce which is the best example of Baroque style in Italy, Piazza Sant’Oronzo where the Via Appia ends and the Roman amphitheatre. Be sure to try some “pasticciotto leccese”! The rest of the afternoon will be free for you to enjoy Lecce.

This morning, your private driver will take you to reach Otranto, a charming seaside town known as the jewel of Salento. Enjoy a walking guided tour of the labyrinth streets of Otranto, a historic seaside town fortified by ancient walls and ancient port on the Adriatic Coast. Visit the beautiful 11th-century Otranto Cathedral complete with a rose window and ornate mosaic flooring and climb the Torre Matta Tower for panoramic views of the sea.

This morning you will meet your driver who will take you to the Lecce train station where you'll board a fast train to Rome, where this journey began! Upon your arrival in Rome, you will meet your driver who will take you to your luxury hotel near the airport. You'll have the rest of the afternoon and evening to enjoy as you wish. If you want to make one last trip to the city, the hotel will arrange a shuttle bus for you.
