Upon your arrival at Palermo airport, your driver will wait for you to take you to your hotel in Palermo. After checking in, you will enjoy a walking tour of Palermo's historic centre, one of the world's most splendid cities with its unique and charming African, Arabic and Italian blends of architecture. You'll start the visit from the old part of the city with the Piazza Bellini and Piazza della Vittoria and the Cathedral. In the evening, dinner will be served in a Michelin-star restaurant.

After a short cannoli-making class, you will then head to Monreale, famous for its beautiful position overlooking the city of Palermo. After, you'll relax tasting the best Granita Siciliana (Sicilian Frozen Dessert) in the bar in front of the Monreale Cathedral.

Following lunch, you'll have the afternoon to enjoy a beautiful stretch of beach before heading back to Palermo in the late afternoon.

Today, you'll leave Palermo behind and head towards Trapani, your next destination. On the way, you will stop in Segesta where you will see the beauties of the fantastically well-preserved 5 BC Doric Temples. Afterwards, you'll continue to Erice, a medieval town built on the top of a hill with magnificent views of the surrounding area where you'll explore the castle and its nearby towers. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to your hotel in Trapani.

Today, you'll travel along the “Via del Sale” towards Marsala, stopping to admire the windmills and learn about salt production. After a beautiful picnic lunch surrounded by lemons and oranges at Kolymbetra, you'll embark on a walking tour to visit the Valley of the Temples which is certainly one of the most outstanding sites of the ancient world and one of the highlights of the tour. You will explore the Temple of Juno built around 450 BCE, the Temple of Concord and the Temple of Zeus.

Taormina is an elegant town situated at the foot of Mount Etna the highest active volcano in Europe.
Weather conditions permitting, you will reach a height of 1,800 metres up the 3,300-metre high volcano, where you will enjoy a fantastic panorama of the Ionic Sea. After this amazing experience lunch will be served in a winery located on the Mount Etna. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy the view of Mount Etna from above in a scenic helicopter ride!

You'll start the day with a cooking class to learn how to prepare typical Sicilian dishes. In the afternoon, you will meet your personal guide to go on a walking tour around Taormina. From the Greek theatre, you will be able to see a blend of architectural influences of the ancient Greeks and Romans and enjoy the view over the magnificent Bay of Naxos and Mt Etna. Whilst in Taormina, don’t miss the walk along the main street of Corso Umberto, an excellent place to visit interesting boutiques.
