Beginning with a real Italian breakfast, you'll then discover Palermo’s biggest market: Ballarò. Here, you can see a vast variety of fresh Italian produce and meet a lot of people busy with their morning food shopping. After a short cannoli-making class, you will then head to Monreale, famous for its beautiful position overlooking the city of Palermo. After, you'll relax tasting the best Granita Siciliana (Sicilian Frozen Dessert) in the bar in front of the Monreale Cathedral.

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up ready for your visit to Cefalù, a lovely medieval town with its famous Arabian-Norman Cathedral, one of the most beautiful churches in Sicily which you'll explore upon arrival. After the cathedral, you'll enjoy a delicious seafood lunch in a seaside restaurant. Following lunch, you'll have the afternoon to enjoy a beautiful stretch of beach before heading back to Palermo in the late afternoon.

Today, you'll leave Palermo behind and head towards Trapani, your next destination. On the way, you will stop in Segesta where you will see the beauties of the fantastically well-preserved 5 BC Doric Temples. Afterwards, you'll continue to Erice, a medieval town built on the top of a hill with magnificent views of the surrounding area where you'll explore the castle and its nearby towers. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to your hotel in Trapani.

Today, you'll travel along the “Via del Sale” towards Marsala, stopping to admire the windmills and learn about salt production. After a beautiful picnic lunch surrounded by lemons and oranges at Kolymbetra, you'll embark on a walking tour to visit the Valley of the Temples which is certainly one of the most outstanding sites of the ancient world and one of the highlights of the tour. You will explore the Temple of Juno built around 450 BCE, the Temple of Concord and the Temple of Zeus.

This morning, you will meet your personal driver at the hotel before leaving for Caltagirone, the most important pottery village in Sicily. Here, you'll visit a great artisan ceramic laboratory, where you will learn more about this beautiful local tradition and the history behind it. On the way, you will stop in Piazza Armerina, well known for its 63 room-villa built in Roman times decorated in splendid mosaics; the best-preserved Roman villa in Sicily.

Continue your Sicily tour today. This morning your guide will take you on a half-day walking tour of Syracuse, one of the great ancient capitals of the western civilisation. Syracuse was founded in 733 BC and once was a powerful Greek port with a fleet that was feared throughout the Mediterranean. Situated close to Syracuse is Noto, one of the several Baroque hilltowns which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites and located at the foot of the Iblean Mountains.

This morning, you'll head out of Syracuse and visit Ragusa, a UNESCO-listed Baroque hilltown boasting a number of beautiful churches and incredible views over the countryside from its high position. After exploring the old town, you'll enjoy lunch in one of the local restaurants in Ragusa. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an exclusive wine tasting at one of the historical wineries near Donnafugata before heading back to Syracuse.

Taormina is an elegant town situated at the foot of Mount Etna the highest active volcano in Europe.
Weather conditions permitting, you will reach a height of 1,800 metres up the 3,300-metre high volcano, where you will enjoy a fantastic panorama of the Ionic Sea. After this amazing experience lunch will be served in a winery located on the Mount Etna. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy the view of Mount Etna from above in a scenic helicopter ride!

Today, you'll enjoy a half-day private cruise discovering the most inaccessible and concealed bays and caves in the area of Taormina, such as the hidden Blue Grotto, a paradise for divers, or the Mermaids Bay with its legends on Fata Morgana. With a stunning view of Mount Etna dominating the Bay of Naxos, you will sail toward Capo Sant’Alessio with its Norman Castle build on top of a hill overlooking the sea and the beautiful Bay of Mazzaro.
