After breakfast, you have a full day today to take part in a special motorbike tour. You will ride through the maze of backstreets and narrow alleyways, enjoying the symphony of Hanoi with its different sounds and smells. You will visit the must-see highlights of the capital such as the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, the Temple of Literature and Tran Quoc temple. This is a unique chance to experience the good, the bad, the weird and the wonderful parts of the city.

After breakfast, you will have a special hands-on cooking class to explore Vietnam traditional cuisines and challenge yourself in making the best dishes. Then, in the afternoon join a special street food tour in Hanoi. The food tour experience starts with a visit to one of the local markets in the city to see all the different kinds of food that are used for a Vietnamese breakfast, lunch, dinner and understand more about the life of the Vietnamese.

Begin the day at 8 am and take a 3.5-hour drive through the Red River Delta, which offers plenty of chances for taking photos of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy fields. Arrive at Halong City, check in, board your junk and enjoy a 24-hour journey in the amazing bay. Savour a gourmet lunch of fresh seafood onboard as you sail out into the mystical bay. In the afternoon, enjoy some activities in the bay, or just spend some time relaxing. Dinner is served on board.

Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise. Enjoy a light breakfast before setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk then take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Bai Tu Long Bay. Have brunch on board. Return to the pier then drive back to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Hoi An, which takes around half an hour.

After breakfast, visit My Son Holy Land, once the spiritual capital of Champa Kingdom that dominated South East Asia for nearly a thousand years and occupied most of the central parts of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich in history and culture. In the afternoon, drive back to Hoi An and visit the former merchants' homes, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colourful riverside market. Then enjoy some leisure time in the ancient town.

Today your Vietnam culinary tour continues. You will get the chance to take a special cooking class with dishes from central Vietnam. Start your tour in the morning by visiting Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. The rest of the day is free at your leisure. In the afternoon, catch a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to you hotel for check-in.

In the morning, drive outside of Ho Chi Minh City to visit the incredible Cu Chi Tunnels. The Cu Chi Tunnels are an underground labyrinth of passageways, used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. In the evening, explore Ho Chi Minh by night by special vintage Vespa scooters. It is a fun way to get to know the city and to observe the unique lifestyle of locals.

Today enjoy a tour of the former Presidential Palace (Reunification Palace), now preserved as a museum, continue to the 19th century Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, both fine examples of classical French colonial architecture. In the afternoon, visit the War Remnants Museum and the bustling Ben Thanh Market. In the evening, enjoy a Saigon dinner cruise where you can relax in a romantic, luxury atmosphere and admire Ho Chi Minh city by night while eating a delicious meal.

Today you will explore the Mekong Delta. After breakfast, drive to Cai Be. On arrival, take a 2-hour motorboat adventure with your companions to discover Cai Be floating market and have a candy workshop. Engross yourself in the tranquility of the Mekong Delta’s small villages by riding a bicycle along the village path, approach a small island by boat and join your group in a cooking class. Enjoy your own dishes before trying to row a sampan like real local people.
