You will start in Murano, renowned for making glass since the 13th century. Here, you will take a tour of a glass factory and learn more about this art from some of the country’s best masters. Next, head to Burano, a fisherman island known for its multicoloured houses and the home of handmade lace. After the tour, you will return to your hotel.

In the morning after you finish breakfast, you will take a 3-hour train journey from Venice to Florence. Once you arrive, you can check into your hotel and relax. In the afternoon you will take a guided walking tour to see the highlights of Florence. Here you will visit the Accademia Gallery, the impressive Duomo Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio and finally finish in the St. Lorenzo area, where the city’s main market is located.

Today you will have an exciting private cooking class with a famous local chef in a kitchen in the heart of Florence. Your experience will start by visiting the traditional grocery shops to choose all of the ingredients for your dishes. Then, you will head to the kitchen to prepare your Tuscan meal with your chef. You will make hand-rolled pasta and pasta sauce and a typical Tuscan dessert. At the end of the class you can enjoy your delicious meal with a glass of Tuscan wine in hand.
