Today, you'll head to Andasibe through the green and luxuriant vegetation of the east. This first step brings us to a very humid part of the country with many forests and lakes. Along the way, you will see the Merina villages in the rocky hills and have some time to stop at the Peyrieras Reptile Reserve. Upon arrival, you'll have time to relax before heading out on an evening walk to spot some wildlife.

After breakfast, you'll transfer to Mantadia National Park. This is now perhaps Madagascar’s best rainforest reserve, offering the chance of close encounters with various lemurs and an opportunity to see some of the island’s highly sought after rarities with many endemic species of lemur, butterflies and birds. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Vakona private reserve which is known as the “island of lemurs”. The reserve is home to 60 groups of lemurs, tenrecs, birds and crocodiles.

After breakfast, you'll drive back to the capital city. In the afternoon, you'll embark on a city tour of Antananarivo where you will learn more about the city's culture, tradition and history while seeing some of the most interesting attractions in the area. You'll visit the Madagascar museum of photography, Andafiavaratra Palace and the Rova of Manjakamiadana.

Today, you'll transfer to the airport to take the flight to Diego Suarez, located in the north of Madagascar. Upon arrival, you'll meet your driver-guide and start a tour of Diego. This town has its interest in another colonial history; this is where one of the major harbours in Madagascar is, which made it the perfect place to make a military base. The bay of Diego is said to be one of the most beautiful bays in Madagascar, and maybe in the whole of Africa.

Today is dedicated to snorkelling in the Emerald Sea, a huge lagoon as a natural aquarium. Whether you are looking to relax on the beach, go swimming or snorkelling, you will be able to explore this fascinating aquatic wonder. Due to its water’s shallow depth and its sandy bottom, this small inner sea has a beautiful turquoise blue tint. Despite its beauty, the white sandy beaches remain uncrowded. You will enjoy a picnic on the beach during the tour.

This morning, you'll pack up and travel to your next destination. En route, you'll visit Amber Mountain National Park. With an important rainfall pattern, the flora is very rich, hence its great ecological attraction. The visit allows you to appreciate various forms of vegetation; canarium, ficus, orchids and ferns, the list goes on! The park also contains other surprises as it shelters many lemurs, birds and chameleons. You'll also discover the 80-metre-high waterfall and several crater lakes.

Today, you'll hit the road towards the eastern part of Ankarana Reserve, Mahamasina. Shaped by the wind and the rain, the red Tsingys are unique in Madagascar and different from the sharp monoliths such as the grey tsingy. The Red Tsingy are whimsical and short-lived formations to discover. They certainly make the most beautiful pictures of your journey. In the evening, you'll take a stroll into the private reserve before dinner.

Today, you'll head into the reserve where you can admire the sacred cave of bats, the 'lost river' or the Tsingy. In Ankarana Reserve, you'll discover the flora and fauna endemic to Madagascar, including various species of lemurs, birds, Euphorbia, Pachipodium and cacti. In the afternoon, the journey continues to the western part of Ankarana Massif and Iharana. In the evening, you'll take a nocturnal walk around the bush camp.

This morning, you'll have the chance to try abseiling and then you'll visit Mandresy Cave to hopefully encounter the famous flying fox of Madagascar. You'll then continue towards the top of the massif. The panoramic view will be worth the effort. Then, you'll hike inside the massif of the Tsingy, and discover the flora and fauna, such as lemurs, various species of insects and reptiles and various endemic plants some of which are close to the cacti family.

This morning, you'll transfer to Ankify port. On the way, there is a possibility to visit some plantations in the region of Ambanja and the Sambirano Valley, better known for its coffee plantations, as well as cocoa and Ylang-Ylang, to name but a few. When you arrive the port, you'll board a speedboat and transfer to Nosy Be Island. Once you are checked in to the hotel, you'll have the afternoon free to spend as you wish.

Today, you'll dive into two islands' waters, the marine reserve in Nosy Tanikely and then, you'll continue to Nosy Sakatia. You'll snorkel around the islands with huge green turtles swimming slowly along the seabed. After a picnic lunch, you will have the opportunity to discover the island with a visit to the fishermen village or by enjoying a one-hour walk to the inside of the island. In the afternoon, you'll return to your lodge for dinner.

This morning, you'll leave the hotel ready to explore the Lokobe Reserve. You'll be driven to the reserve to begin your adventure. Once there, you'll walk through dense vegetation during which you can see lemurs such as Maki Macaco, chameleons, boas and birds. This is the only protected area on the island and is a fascinating area where you will have the chance to spot the huge panther chameleon.
