You'll have breakfast at the hotel and then a shuttle bus will pick you up and transfer you to Halong Bay to board your Bai Tho cruise. This is a small traditional junk, perfect for admiring the scenery and slow pace of the bay. After lunch, you'll stop at the Surprise Cave and Ti Top Beach. Later, you'll enjoy your cruise dinner and then maybe try squid fishing at night.

After breakfast, you will cycle to Viet Hai village on Cat Ba Island. After exploring the island, you will enjoy lunch on board. You can go kayaking rowing, swimming around Ba Trai Dao area and enjoying the beautiful nature around you. You'll have a cooking class with our professional chef on board before dinner. Later on, you'll relax and enjoy your last night on the cruise.

After a leisurely breakfast, you'll glide in small boats to Luon Caves. Passing through the entrance, you come across a tranquil round lake, with monkeys, orchids and high dangerous stone walls. Before returning to the mainland, you'll enjoy the final hours of your cruise. Then, you'll take a shuttle bus and head back to Hanoi. When you arrive, you'll have time to explore the Old Quarter one last time to find a good place for dinner.

After breakfast, you will cycle to a local farm in the charming little village of Tra Que. You'll talk to the farmers, join in preparing the land and fertilising it with seaweed from the local lake. Later on, you'll have a foot bath before getting ready to prepare lunch with the local family. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Quan Cong Temple, Hoi An Museum of Folk Culture, the Old House of Tan Ky and the famous Japanese Covered Bridge.

In the morning, you'll transfer to My Son, a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu temples constructed by the kings of Champa. You'll have lunch at a local restaurant near My Son Sanctuary before driving back Hoi An. This afternoon, you'll have some free time to walk around the ancient town to do some shopping. If the sun is shining, you may wish to take this time to go to An Bang or Cui Dai beach.

You'll start the day after breakfast by visiting the Reunification Palace, the site of the end of the Vietnam War; the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. Then, you'll head to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Saigon Post Office, perhaps the grandest post office in all of Southeast Asia. You'll have a casual lunch at Quan An Ngon before visiting Saigon Opera house, War Remnants Museum and Chinatown. Later on, you'll have dinner at one of the busy Pham Ngu Lao street restaurants.
