Today, you'll head out with a local guide to explore the Salvador Historic Centre and learn all about its history as you stroll through its cobblestone streets. During the tour, you will learn about the rich culture of Salvador and how the community has preserved their Afro-Brazilian traditions. You'll enjoy the view of All Saint's Bay and tie a wish bracelet to the gates of the Bonfim Church from the top of the city. Later, we suggest you enjoy the sunset from the Porto da Barra Beach.

Today, you'll be up early to be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Manaus, the largest city in the Amazon and the gateway to all its fun and educational activities. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Take advantage of your free afternoon and evening to explore the capital of the Amazonas, known as the gateway to the world's largest rainforest.

Set amidst the world's largest rainforest, Manaus is the Amazon's biggest city. Home to the National Institute of Amazonian Research, the city is an important centre of rainforest research and education on sustainability. Today, you can take advantage of your free day to explore the capital of the Amazonas using your provided guide. Make sure to visit the Municipal Market and the amazing Amazon Theatre.

Today, you'll explore a region of the Amazon on a boat tour along the Negro River. You will have the chance to admire the miraculous 'Meeting of the Waters', the point where the Negro and Solimoes rivers meet. You will also visit a floating village where you can fish with the locals. On your way back to Manaus, admire the beautiful Amazonian sunset as you head to your lodge that will be home for the three days.

Today, you'll head deeper into the Amazon on a series of exciting jungle activities. To begin the day, you'll get up early to watch the sunrise. You'll then head out on a hike with a local guide to see medicinal plants, water vines, spiders, frogs, butterflies and survival techniques in the jungle. You will also have the opportunity to learn how the indigenous people make traps. Later in the afternoon, you'll canoe the creeks of the Amazon to explore the biodiversity of the region.

Today, you'll leave the lodge to travel upstream to explore the Mutuca River to spot wildlife and to see one of the largest trees in the Amazon rainforest on the way, the Samauma Tree. Upon return to the lodge, you'll have lunch before heading back to Manaus. Upon arrival back in the city, you'll check into your hotel and then have the rest of the day free to spend as you wish.

Today, you'll say goodbye to Manaus once again as you are transferred to the airport ahead of your flight to Iguazu. The flight takes around 5-6 hours to reach Iguacu. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred by private car to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you'll go straight to the Itaipu Dam for a special circuit tour of the complex and you'll also explore other parts of the city's centre, like the Buddhist Temple.

Today, you'll explore this mighty waterfall which straddles the border between Argentina and Brazil. On the Argentinian side, you'll do a full-day tour that will allow you to explore the many trails inside the park before you return to your hotel. Back on the Brazilian side, you'll enjoy lunch at the park facing the falls before transferred to Parque das Aves, an amazing bird conservation project in the region.

Today, visit the other side of the falls and spend a full day exploring the Iguazú National Park in Puerto Iguazú Argentina. One of the most impressive parts of Iguazu is found on the Argentinian side. Here, you'll discover just how forceful nature can be, and you'll feel it through all of the sense, as the stray gradually soaks your clothes, your ears are filled with the sound of its gushing and you can't take your eyes off of its power.

Today, you'll be collected from your hotel in Iguazu and taken to the airport where you'll catch a flight to Rio de Janeiro. After a couple of hours, you'll touch down in the mighty capital. From here, you'll be collected by your driver and taken to your hotel in the city centre. The rest of the afternoon will be free to spend as you wish. The city of Rio de Janeiro buzzes with life and you'll soon learn that there is so much to see and do in this city.

Today, you'll explore Rio de Janeiro with a private guide on your first full day in the city. You'll start by checking off the famous monument that stands tall over Rio, Christ the Redeemer. Then later, you'll tick the famous Sugar Loaf Mountain off your bucket list. In the afternoon, you can head to Parque Lage and explore the wonderful parks and streets that filter through Rio de Janeiro.

Today, you have the entire day free to spend as you wish in Rio de Janeiro. You may want to visit the most beautiful beaches in the city of which there are many, including the famous Cococabana Beach. Make sure to stick around and watch the fantastic sunset from these beaches. If you're feeling adventurous, you can do a hang gliding tour over Rio de Janeiro from Pedra Bonita. This will hands-down be one of the most exciting experiences of your life!

Today, you'll travel from Rio de Janeiro to Paraty, a city which has been considered a national monument since 1958. Upon arrival, you'll check into your hotel and then meet your guide to head out on a historic tour of the city. You'll be guided along the charming streets and learn about the colonial architecture and the gold commerce of the time that allowed the town's construction.

The schooner tour is the best way for you to enjoy Paraty's bay view, go snorkelling near tropical islands and enjoy a lunch of fresh seafood. Today, you'll do this tour. Then, afterwards, you'll have some free time before your evening workshop and dinner. For dinner on your final night in Brazil, you will enjoy a workshop with regional ingredients, make caipirinhas with a local cachaca and learn more about the region's history through food.
