You'll be taken on a tour of the city in a private vehicle to visit Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple Of Literature and Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in the morning. In the late afternoon, you'll depart from Hanoi to Sapa on the night train. Travelling on a sleeper train is a great way to feel like a local. As the train trundles along, the steady movement will rock you to sleep and you'll wake up in your destination!

You'll arrive in Lao Cai early morning and be taken for breakfast before you go into Sapa town. You'll check into your hotel, and then go to Cat Cat Village to learn about the hill tribes of the northern part of Vietnam. You'll be transported by minivan back to Sapa to spend the night where you can explore the many restaurants in search of some tasty northern Vietnamese food.

In the morning, you'll visit Can Cau Market if it is Saturday. This market is filled with vibrant colours and is an unmissable experience. You'll then have lunch at a local restaurant before moving on to Trung Do village for a leisurely visit before you get the train back to Hanoi at night. On the train back, you'll have time to reflect on how wonderful the past couple of days has been in Sapa.

In the morning, you'll arrive in Hanoi and have a quick breakfast before being transferred by minivan to Halong Bay where you'll check-in and have lunch on your cruise. As you cruise around this UNESCO-listed bay, you'll visit Sung Sot Cave and go swimming in the lagoon in the afternoon. You'll watch the sunset with a drink in hand and then have dinner after. You'll have free time in the evening to relax, take part in games on board or have a few cocktails.

You'll wake up early for Tai Chi before having a local breakfast. You'll then visit the floating village and explore it on a kayak. Back on the boat, you'll enjoy a short cooking class before your last lunch onboard the cruise. You'll then arrive back at the mainland and check out of your Halong Bay cruise. You'll be transported by minivan back to the city and spend the night in Hanoi. Tonight, you'll explore the Old Quarter and perhaps try the local BBQ.

After breakfast, you'll transfer from the hotel to the airport for your flight to Hue. When you arrive, you'll have a half-day tour in Hue, including the Ancient Citadel, which was once the Imperial capital of Vietnam Thien Mu pagoda (by boat) and Khai Dinh tomb, the resting place of Emperor Khai Dinh that lies just outside of the city.

You'll be transported by minivan from Hue to Hoi An. On the way, you will stop in Da Nang to visit the Cham Museum and Marble Mountains which sit between Da Nang and Hoi An and offer beautiful views of the countryside. In the afternoon, you'll have free time to explore the charming little city of Hoi An. You may wish to sit in a coffee shop in the ancient town to watch the world go by.

Today, you'll learn how to cook a traditional dish from Hoi An in a cooking class with an expert such as Banh Xeo or the famous chicken fried rice, then lunch will be ready, as it was just made by you! Later on, you'll visit the Japanese Covered Bridge and the central market in the ancient town this afternoon, then spend the rest of the day exploring at your own pace.

You'll transfer early in the morning to the airport in Da Nang for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you'll be taken to your hotel to check-in. Then, you'll go on a half-day city tour in the afternoon. Among many other sites, you'll visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office and lacquerware factory. The rest of your day is at your leisure to explore the area around your hotel, you may wish to go shopping in Ben Thanh Market.

Today, you'll leave the hotel to start a full-day exploration of the Mekong Delta. For those with just a short time, this trip provides an overview of this typical and beautiful region of Vietnam and all that it produces. As you wander the winding river by boat, you'll be introduced to the local pace of life. You'll visit different workshops found across the river that use coconut to their full potential, as well as some pagodas.

In the morning, you will visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels that became legendary during the 60s. The Cu Chi tunnels played a vital part in the U.S. - Vietnam War and are an amazing site to explore. In the afternoon, you'll go to the airport to catch your flight to Siem Reap. When you arrive, you can relax and settle into your hotel before you begin exploring in the morning.

Today, you'll start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area: you'll spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces. You'll hop from temple to temple while gaining an insight into life in Angkor from your expert guide. Today, you'll visit some of the most famous sites, not forgetting an iconic sunset to finish your day.

Today, you'll drive to Choueng Kneas village, where you will take the boat to see the way of life Cambodian people in this unique part of the countryside and perhaps even try some local food. Your time in Siem Reap will come to an end as you visit Ta Prohm Kel, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda temples before going to the airport to fly to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, you'll have the evening to relax.

Today, you'll visit Wat Xieng Thong temple and cruise along the Mekong River in the morning, where you'll be introduced to the life and culture of Laotian people and the scenic city of Luang Prabang which will feel more like a small town. In the afternoon, you'll visit the famous and stunning Kuang Si Waterfall before going to some villages near Luang Prabang in the afternoon.
