In the morning, you'll drive outside of Ho Chi Minh City to visit the incredible Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground labyrinth of passageways, used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. Then, it's back to Sai Gon to visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, which are both fine examples of classical French colonial architecture. After breakfast, you have a full day to explore Vietnam’s charming capital. Visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his personal residence, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Tran Quoc Pagoda. You'll end the morning with a visit to the Museum of Ethnology. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Temple of Literature and Ngoc Son Temple near Hoan Kiem Lake.
