Embark on a three-day luxury escape filled with delicious, locally-produced food and fabulous wine in Hawke's Bay.
New Zealand's second-biggest wine-producing region, Hawke's Bay is home to over 100 vineyards and more than 80 wineries, producing both classic and innovative styles of wine. The perfect introduction to the area will be on the first day as the Head Chef at your five-star boutique hotel delivers an exquisite five-course menu based on the 'paddock to plate' principle.
The next day, you'll head out on a private Hawke's Bay wine tour to explore a range of wineries in the area to see how the wine is produced and, of course, taste them! These wineries include Black Barn, Church Road Winery, Vidal Estate and Sileni Estates.
On your last day, there is no better way to complete your three days in this region by hiking, biking or driving up to the summit of Te Mata Peak to take in the spectacular views. On a clear day, you may even see as far as the mighty volcano Ruapehu. Embark on a three-day luxury escape filled with delicious, locally-produced food and fabulous wine in Hawke's Bay.
