Welcome to Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef!

There are a number of ways you can choose to arrive at this exclusive beach safari camp, whether that be on a scenic helicopter flight or by private car. The daily activities on this Ningaloo Reef tour are decided on based on the weather and tides, so hikes and walks in the National Park are often suggested for later in the afternoon to avoid the hot sun. The guides will take you out into the National Park to explore these beautiful, ancient gorges and ranges.

Each year between mid-March and July these slow-moving, gentle, filter-feeding giants migrate past Ningaloo Reef. In the afternoon, another optional activity is to snorkel a part of the 260-kilometre stretch of Ningaloo Reef, one of Australia’s best kept natural secrets.

Swimming with Humpback Whales

Every year between August and October, the magnificent humpback whales swim through the waters of the Ningaloo Marine Park. You can experience a swim right alongside them and it is a truly ‘transformative’ experience. For all nature lovers, this is ‘bucket-list-stuff’ at its very best! Your day will begin with the 25-minute transfer and once onboard, you will be kitted out with a wetsuit and snorkel gear. They will continually move so strong swimming is required.
