Belogradchik Fortress & Magura Cave

After breakfast departure to Belogradchik in northwestern Bulgaria. The town, whose name literally means "small white town," is situated in the foothills of the Balkan mountains just east of the Serbian border and about 50 km south of the Danube River. Your first stop will be at the Belogradchik Rocks and Fortress, known for their strange shapes. After touring around, you'll enjoy lunch before heading to Magura Cave which is one of the largest caves in Bulgaria.

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up and drive you back to Sofia. After a short break in your hotel, you will have a walking tour of the city. During the tour, you'll visit numerous famous attractions including St. Nedelya Cathedral, St. George Rotunda, the Russian Church of St. Nicolas, St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Ivan Vazov National Theatre.
