Upon the arrival of your flight at Kigali International airport, you will be met by our representative who will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall. You will then be transferred to your hotel and if time permits, there will be a short Rwanda tour briefing in the lobby. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 2
Travel to and Game Drive though Akagera National Park

After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and proceed to Akagera National Park. Upon arrival at the park headquarters, you will have a briefing and will be introduced to your park guide. You will have a game drive through the park. You will then arrive at the lodge where you can check in and enjoy lunch before continuing on through the park. Dinner will be served at the lodge.

Gorilla Trek & Cultural Experience

Early breakfast at the lodge then proceed to the park headquarters in time for Gorilla Trek briefing at 07h00. Your adventure will begin soon after! After spending some time in the park with the gorillas, you will be transferred back to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon there will be a visit to the IbyiIwacu village for a cultural experience.

Golden Monkey Trek & Return to Kigali
Close
Rise early in the morning and breakfast at the lodge. Proceed to the Park’s headquarters for briefing about your trek. You will then enter the park in search of the Golden Monkeys. Lunch will be served at the lodge. You will then checkout and travel back to Kigali. A final farewell dinner will be served at the Pili Pili Restaurant, after which you will be dropped off at the airport.
