After breakfast at the hotel, you'll begin your 1.5-hour bus trip to Norheimsund, then you'll take a boat and bus to Folgefonna ski centre. Folgefonna is Norway’s third-largest glacier at 1,250 metres above sea level with beautiful views of the coast, mountains, the Marstein lighthouse, the North Sea and stunning views over the Hardangervidda area. From the ski centre, you'll take a 4-6 hour guided glacier walk. You'll then travel by bus and boat to Norheimsund.

Following breakfast at the hotel, you'll embark on a cruise to Ulvik, a beautiful fjord village at the shores of the Hardangerfjord. Upon arrival, the rest of the day is at your own leisure. You can go for a swim in the fjord or take a long walk or hike in the surrounding mountains and forests. The B-Active centre at the Strand Fjordhotel offers different activities as well as bike rental (some included for guests of the Strand Fjordhotel).

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll head out on a 3.5-hour guided educational kayak tour from Ulvik on the fjord. Not only will you enjoy the fun and sporty kayaking experience, but you will also get to learn some basic skills for surviving in nature in Norway. After the tour, you'll have some free time to get some lunch before taking the bus to Voss in the afternoon. From there, you'll return to Bergen by train. You'll arrive in Bergen in the late afternoon/early evening.
