In the morning, you'll drive over Vršič mountain pass and into the valley of the River Soča for some breathtaking views. You'll have the option of visiting Fortress Kluze (from WWI) and Kobarid Museum (WWI) which received an award for best European museum. You'll stop along the river and in town Bovec, known as a small tourist centre for all the adrenaline seekers. In the evening, you'll continue to Goriška Brda to taste some local wine.

After breakfast, you'll drive through the Karst Region, taste some fine wines and pršut, and visit the medieval village of Štanjel. In the afternoon, you'll go to Lipica Stud Farm to see the stables and the performance of the Spanish riding school. Afterwards, you'll continue to Castle Socerb for a beautiful view over the Gulf of Trieste and afterwards, finally you'll drive to Piran, the coastal town with strong Venetian influence.

Today, you'll visit the Škocjan Caves, the only UNESCO World Heritage site in Slovenia, famed for being an otherworldly experience of natural formations and crystals. Afterwards, you'll continue towards Ljubljana, a beautiful journey that takes you through the scenic countryside. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and do a little sightseeing of the Slovenian capital, along Ljubljanica river.
