Today, you will discover the charm of the city from the Royal Citadel, the Forbidden City, Hue Royal Museum, the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang which renowned for its architecture and sublime forest setting, and finally, the Thien Mu Pagoda, situated on Ha Khe hill on the north bank of the Perfume River. The pagoda features seven successive tiers, each of which is dedicated to a human form taken by the Buddha. In the evening, you'll have the option to dine at a popular restaurant.

Today, you'll travel from Hue to Hoi An passing through Da Nang, the most industrial city of Central Vietnam. Along the way to Hoi An, you will stop to visit the Cham Museum, a marvellous museum which tells us about the ancient Cham culture in Central Vietnam and also Marble Mountain. Then, You'll move onto Hoi An for an afternoon of exploring the ancient town; you'll visit the Japanese Covered Bridge and the Phu Kien Assembly Hall among many other sites.

Today, you'll head out of Hoi An to visit the ancient My Son Sanctuary - the cradle of Cham Culture that was once the dominating power of the area. My Son is a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu Temples constructed between the 4th and 14th centuries AD by the Kings of Champa. In the afternoon, you'll move on to an interesting pottery workshop in Hoi An. Ceramics and pottery were one of the main trades of Hoi An in the 18th century so you'll watch potters work in ancient methods.

Today is free for you to enjoy Hoi An at leisure. You can also hire a bicycle to see the countryside of Hoi An or soak up the sun at the beautiful Cua Dai beach or An Bang Beach. There is also a good chance to catch up with your tailor or search the numerous galleries for a masterpiece. You can also do a cooking class in the organic village of Tra Que in Hoi An where you can learn to cook Vietnamese dishes and then enjoy them for lunch!
