Today on your Dahab tour, you are free to relax or explore with our host of optional activities to suit all tastes. From scuba diving, windsurfing, sea kayaking to rock climbing and quad biking, Dahab's dramatic sea- and landscapes will captivate you. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the wellness services with yoga and meditation classes to prepare you for your desert adventure.

Venturing into the heart of the desert, you will trek on camels, descend the White Canyon on foot and walk through the canyon for approximately 1.5 hours before emerging into the Oasis of Ein Khudra, a lush palm oasis and natural spring. After lunch, you will take a trek (one hour by camel or on foot) before arriving at camp. The evening is spent under the stars, around the fire at the traditional desert camp.

After breakfast, you'll head off in your 4x4 jeep deeper into the desert where you will discover the Frozen Dinosaur rock formation and the sand dunes of Haddoudah. This is a great place to try sandboarding as it is the highest sand dune in Sinai. In the late afternoon, you'll transfer to St Catherine's to climb Mt Sinai for sunrise tomorrow.

This morning, you'll be up early to hike to the top of Mount Sinai! Later on, you'll visit St. Catherine's Monastery, where you will spend the morning exploring the grounds of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll continue onto the burning bush and the richly decorated chapel. Stopping off at the Visitor Centre is a must to learn of the significance of the region, from historical reference, cultural and of the rare medicinal plants and herbs that are indigenous to the region.
