Beginning in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you'll travel through Uganda’s leafy central plains, driving through tea plantations and Fort Portal town. You'll visit the Katwe Crater Lake to meet the Ugandans who mine for salt in the lake in the evening and spend days exploring the national park on game drives spotting lions in their natural habitat, elephants, buffaloes and more.

After exploring the Ishasha Sector in search of the famous and unique tree-climbing lions, you'll head to Lake Mburo National Park, the only park in Uganda with Eland, Impala antelopes and Burchell Zebras. The scenery of rolling hills, lakes, swamps make Africa real, it is where the Tanzanian Savannah meets Uganda in a most scenic fashion.

Here, you'll head out with an armed ranger for a nature bush walk to see zebras, giraffes, eland, topi and other antelopes, buffaloes, birds, butterflies and the iconic Ankole long-horned cattle.
