With vast acres of land, a day in Spicers Hidden Vale is an adventurous one. You may wish to take an ATV drive around the property where you'll spot wildlife that explores the land. Hidden Vale has six ecosystems and is part of a larger nature reserve; great efforts go towards preserving this land. You might want to learn about the farming land or take a master class to learn about the products from Hidden Vale and dishes that can be made using them.

As you are the driver, you can choose when you drive to Lamington National Park. Your drive will see the landscape change dramatically as you enter the rainforest. You'll have the remainder of the day to learn about the story behind the retreat and meet the family that run it. You may wish to take a walk in the rainforest to spot some flora and fauna that will be entirely different to your last location.

During the day, you may wish to explore the national park a little further on a guided walk. You'll feel the freshness of the air as you go deeper into the rainforest and learn the tricks and methods behind tracking your way. In the evening, you might want to go to the glow worm grotto, where you'll perch yourself on a rock and watch the worms light up like stars.

You'll decide when you would like to leave for your drive to Byron Bay. You may want to leave early to make sure you get some beach time! Byron Bay is a surfers paradise. In fact, all water-lovers will enjoy this beach town with its laid-back vibe and beachfront location. Spend the rest of your day on the sand or wandering through the town.
