Today, you'll hike on one of the most beautiful trails of the Cinque Terre, the panoramic trail from Corniglia via Volastra to Manarola. It leads through the marvellous vineyards and terrace fields, built and maintained by the local winemakers. In the afternoon, you'll meet in a wine bar and ancient wine cellar in Manarola to have a wine tasting of three local wines and typical snacks.

Today, you'll hike along an ancient pilgrimage path from the picturesque village Vernazza up to the sanctuary of Madonna di Reggio. The path continues offering wonderful views over the sea through the Mediterranean shrubland until the sanctuary of Madonna di Soviore. The trails ends in Monterosso,, the largest village of the Cinque Terre which has a beautiful beach - the perfect ending to a moderate hike.

The path takes you along the coastline with a panoramic view over the southern part of the Cinque Terre coast. When you arrive in Portovenere, you'll have plenty of time to explore the fishing town where the Gothic-style Church of St. Peter sits atop a rocky headland.

Today from La Spezia, you'll board a public ferry to reach the secluded Palmaria Island. Together with the sea village of Portovenere and the smaller islands of Tino and Tinetto, Palmaria Island is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you'll hike off the beaten track to enjoy beautiful views across Portovenere and the Gulf of Poets. Along the way, you'll have time to absorb the slow rhythm and relaxing atmosphere of the largest island of the archipelago before going back to Cinque Terre by boat.

In the morning, you'll transfer to Levanto by train. where you'll begin your full-day hike. You'll start along a spectacular path among olive groves and ancient hamlets. Levanto is surrounded by pine forests and beautiful ocean views which make for a challenging yet rewarding hike. As you walk, you'll discover beach after beach, incredible views and little tucked-away hamlets. The hike will take around four hours.
