On the arrival day, your driver will pick you at the Vilnius International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you will have a sightseeing tour of Vilnius, and in the evening, you'll have free time to enjoy one of the many restaurants in the city.

Day 2
Visit to Trakai & Explore Vilnius

In the morning, you will be transferred to Trakai - the old capital of Lithuania where Lithuanian Grand Dukes were living and ruling big territories of Eastern Europe. If you are interested in Lithuanian history you may take an optional extension to Kernave, a historical and archaeological site. In the afternoon, you will be free to explore Vilnius. It is recommended that you visit the famous KGB Museum to learn about the recent history of Lithuania.

Lithuanian Folk Museum & Kaunas

This morning, you will leave your hotel to head west. The first stop is about 80 kilometres from Vilnius where you will visit the Lithuanian Folk Museum and then, you will head to Kaunas - the second largest Lithuanian city. After checking into your accommodation, you will have a sightseeing tour of Kaunas before having the evening free to explore.

Hill of Crosses & Trip to Klaipeda

This will be a big travel day. It takes 2.5 hours from Kaunas to reach the Hill of Crosses - an exceptional site through which to discover the Lithuanian soul. It is recommended that you have lunch in Siauliai just 20 minutes drive from the Hill of Crosses. After lunch, you will drive for a further two hours to Klaipeda where you will stay overnight.

This day trip is devoted to Neringa National Park which is located on Curonian Strip. You'll start the day with a short sightseeing tour of Klaipeda's Old Town before spending the rest of the day travelling through fishermen villages and observing dunes that were once floating along all the Curonian Spit before local people planted forests to change the ecosystem.

Day Trip to Palanga, Lithuania's Summer Capital

Today, you'll head over to Lithuania's summer capital in the Baltic Sea. Palanga is a very busy resort town near the Baltic Sea during summer. However, the greatest highlight for international travellers is the Amber Museum with a big exposition of amber, naturally washed from the Baltic Sea and amber artefacts made by local jewellers.
