You will be met at the airport and transferred to the Mestil Hotel in Kampala. If you arrive early enough in the day, you will go on a Kampala City Tour in the afternoon. Your evening is free, so you can either dine at the hotel, or travel into the city for dinner.

Day 2

Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive is around 500km and should take all day. Along the way, you will stop at the equator line and then later at the Agip Motel for lunch. Expect to arrive in Bwindi in the very late afternoon. You will check into the Buhoma Lodge where you will enjoy dinner and time to relax.

Gorilla Tracking Experience

After breakfast you will depart on your gorilla tracking experience. You will spend the full day in the park take a long and sometimes quite challenging trek into the mountain gorilla territory. You'll have a once in a lifetime chance to see the gorillas playing lazily with each other.and will only return in the late afternoon. Dinner will be served at Buhoma Lodge by candle light.

After breakfast, you will be begin the journey from Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way you will stop for a picnic lunch. In the late afternoon you will check into Mweya Safari Lodge. Dinner will be served in the hotel dining area.

Exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today your day is going to be filled with wildlife. Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before departing on a morning Game Drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of hyenas, lions and the Ugandan kob. Return to the lodge and enjoy some free time by the pool, overlooking the park. After lunch you will go on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel to spot even more wildlife. Dinner will be served at the lodge.

Day 6

Forest Walk and Return to Kampala

Forest Walk and Return to Kampala

In the morning you have a walk through the Maramagambo Rain forest. If you prefer, you can opt to do a Chimp trek through Kyambura Gorge, but that is at an additional charge. You will then begin the journey back to Kampala, with a lunch stop along the way at Agip Motel. Once in Kampala, you will check into the Mestil Hotel. Your evening is free, so you can dine at the hotel or in the city.
