Today, you'll arrive in Rome and meet your driver at the airport. You'll then be transferred to your centrally-located hotel to check-in. Once settled, you'll head out on an afternoon walking tour with a guide who will introduce you to the eternal city and some of its main monuments to help you get your bearings. You’ll visit the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and even see some Ancient Roman ruins along the way before enjoying some typical Italian gelato.

This morning you'll head out on a private tour of Imperial Rome. With an expert local guide, you'll learn all about these ancient monuments that make up this marvellous city. With skip the line entrance tickets, you'll avoid the crowds and explore the first and second levels of the Colosseum whilst hearing stories from your guide. You'll then head over to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill where you'll explore ancient palaces, temples, markets and monuments.

Day 3

Today, you'll travel to the archaeological site of Pompeii onboard a comfortable coach from Rome. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a guided tour of this vast ancient Roman city that was buried by a huge volcanic eruption in 79AD. It was then left buried and undiscovered under 30 feet of ash until the 17th century. Next, you'll travel by bus to the crater of Mount Vesuvius, the mighty volcano responsible for centuries of destruction in this area. You'll return to Rome in the late afternoon.

In the afternoon after getting settled into your hotel, you'll meet your local guide for an interesting private tour of Florence. Once the tour is finished, you'll have the rest of the evening to explore, relax or do whatever you wish.

Day 5

After breakfast, you'll leave Florence by coach in the direction of Pisa for an half-day excursion. You'll drive along the Arno Valley to Pisa to see the wonderful monuments in and around its Cathedral area. You'll visit Piazza dei Miracoli, with the celebrated Leaning Tower, the Pisa Baptistery and the Pisa Cathedral, an unrivalled masterpiece of Romanesque art. You'll then travel back to Florence, where you'll have the rest of the afternoon and evening free to spend as you wish.

This morning, you'll check out and leave Florence behind as you travel by train to Venice. In the afternoon after checking into your hotel, you'll head out on a private walking tour of the city with an expert local guide. You'll meet in St. Mark's Square, stopping to appreciate the grandness of the square. You will then enjoy a pleasant walk among the main sites of the city: St Mark’s Square, Rialto Bridge and Doge Palace.
