En route, you'll visit Aix-en-Provence, the vibrant university city known for being the home to the post-impressionist painter, Paul Cezanne. You can discover the childhood home of this painter as well as stroll through the picturesque boulevards and stunning squares of its old town. In the Cours Mirabeau, the heart of old town Aix, you'll find tree-lined avenues, cute French terrace cafes and bookshops.
