When you arrive at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, you will catch your flight to Mfuwe. You will be greeted by your Mfuwe Lodge guide who will transport you from the airport to the lodge, a one-hour drive on a tardy road through the Mfuwe settlement area. You will stop at the main gate entrance to the park where Mfuwe Lodge is located where you will stay for the first three nights of your unforgettable Zambia wildlife safari.

Day 2
Game Viewing Activities in South Luangwa National Park

This morning, after breakfast is served first, you will head out on a morning game drive or walking safari. You will return to the lodge in time for brunch. You'll have an afternoon of free time, enjoying afternoon tea and the lodge surroundings. Later, you'll be picked up for your night game drive to spot animals coming out to hunt at dusk. Later on, you'll return to the lodge in time for dinner.

Another Day on Safari in South Luangwa National Park

After breakfast is served, you'll head out on a morning game drive or a walking safari with an experienced guide. The walking safari originated in the South Luangwa National Park and is still one of the best ways to experience this unique land. You'll then return to the lodge for lunch and some downtime. After afternoon tea, you'll get ready to head out again on a late-afternoon game drive which will have you back in time for dinner.

Say Goodbye to Mfuwe Lodge & Fly to Livingstone

This morning, you'll enjoy your last breakfast at the lodge. Depending on your flight departure time, you might have time to go out on a morning game drive. Later on, your driver will collect you and take you to the airport for your flight to Livingstone. Your representative will welcome you and transfer you to Victoria Falls Waterfront Lodge, where you will stay for the last few nights of your Zambia Safari.

Victoria Falls Guided Tour & Sunset Boat Cruise

This morning after breakfast, you will be taken on a Victoria Falls guided tour on the Zambia side for about three hours. Then, you will be dropped at the lodge for lunch and to relax. Later in the afternoon around 4 pm, you will go on a sunset boat cruise. During the cruise, you will be served sundowner drinks and snacks while enjoying some amazing wildlife such as elephants, crocodiles, hippos and lots of birds. Later, you will be dropped at the lodge almost in time for dinner.

Helicopter Flight over Victoria Falls & Reptile Park Tour

After breakfast, you will be picked up for a 15- to 30-minute helicopter flight. This is a great activity to see and experience the mighty Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River from above. You will later be taken for a tour of the Reptile Park; this will show you some of Livingstone's most notorious crocodiles as well as a fascinating collection of Zambia's most dangerous and venomous snakes that have been put in the park. After lunch back at the lodge, you'll have the afternoon free.
