In the morning, you will be free to explore the trendy area of Le Marais at your leisure. There is a number of boutique galleries, museums and beautiful architecture to explore. Then, you will go to a cheese shop with a cheese master who will introduce you to a variety of typical French cheeses and how they are made.

Train to Burgundy

After breakfast and checking out of your hotel, you will catch a short high-speed train to Dijon, the capital city of the Burgundy region of France. The journey will take around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Dijon, you will be free to explore its old town in the afternoon. You can do the famous owl trail which sees some of the city's most notable sights, stroll around the Arquebuse Botanical Gardens, or taste some of the local delicacies.

Today you will spend the day on a wine tasting tour in one of France’s prettiest vineyard regions. You will travel from Dijon to Meursault on the picturesque Grands Crus wine road. Once you arrive, your guide will tell you about the wines of the Burgundy region and you will taste a variety of different wines. You will also visit the Clos de Vougeot castle, and after lunch, you will have some more wine tasting in Beaune.
