After breakfast, depart by train from Oslo to Myrdal, which is part of the Bergen Railway. In Myrdal you will change to the Flåm Railway, passing through wild and beautiful mountain scenery with waterfalls and steep mountain sides. You will have an hour at leisure in Flåm, before embarking on a cruise on the Sognefjord, the world’s longest and deepest fjord, to Balestrand.

You'll have the morning to relax before departing for a half-day Fjærland and Glacier excursion at noon. The trip will include a visit to the Glacier Museum and then onto the Bøyabreen glaciers. Cruising the Fjærlandsfjord the old hamlets and farms are reminders of the struggle for existence in past times. You will learn about the fjords and glaciers history before you continue to the glacier itself.

Cruise along the Sognefjord and then along the west coast of Norway before heading south to Bergen – the Gateway to the Fjords. Bergen is Norway’s second largest city and the world’s only city surrounded by 7 mountains and 7 fjords. In the evening, there is an optional segway sightseeing tour.

Spend the day exploring the city at your own pace. After breakfast, join the hop-on/hop-off bus tour and work your way around the city. You can spend as much or as little time as you like at each attraction, it's valid for the entire day, so you can take your time.

You'll have breakfast at the hotel before leaving Bergen. You will travel to Norheimsund by bus, where you will go on a 3-hour cruise along the Hardangerfjord to Eidfjord. In Eidfjord you will go on a 2.5-hour bus tour to visit the Hardangervidda Nature Centre and the highest waterfall in Norway. Finally, you will end the day with a short cruise to the small, scenic village of Ulvik where you will stay overnight.

You have the morning free to enjoy the scenery before departing from Ulvik to Voss by bus. In Voss, you'll change to the Bergen Railway which will take you all the way back to Oslo where you will stay overnight. Your arrival in Oslo will be a late one.
