Departing on the 9.00 am Fullers ferry, today you will head out to Waiheke Island. On arrival at the wharf, you will be met by your guide for your Gourmet Food and Wine tour. You will enjoy succulent fresh oysters, award-winning olive oil and other locally produced speciality foods, accompanied by wines from some of the Island's top boutique vineyards. A platter lunch at one of Waiheke's top vineyard restaurants is included as part of the tour. In the afternoon, you'll return to Auckland.

Today, you will travel from Auckland to Napier, the Art Deco city. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport by your driver and taken in style by vintage car to your boutique hotel, the Art Deco Masonic Hotel. After checking in, you'll enjoy the afternoon exploring the waterfront and the great boutique shops and restaurants in this quirky little town.

Today, on your full-day tour you'll become absorbed into the vibrant world of Hawke's Bay wine, talking with the personalities who are passionate about crafting world-class wines from the area's soils. You'll visit some of the best of the area's wineries and taste their award-winning wines. Rich soils and warm growing conditions attract innovative epicurean food producers - taste, touch and smell their myriad of tantalising products. At your own expense, you can also enjoy a full winery lunch.

Today, you'll travel to Marlborough by plane and upon arrival, you will be transferred from the airport by private car. Once you reach your boutique accommodation overlooking the local vineyards, you'll have the rest of the day to relax or explore Marlborough as you wish. Being New Zealand's most famous and largest wine-producing region, a popular activity in Marlborough is to visit a local winery, brewery and distillery, of which there are plenty.

Today, you'll enjoy a fabulous full-day tour of the Marlborough wine region specialising in stunning wine and food experiences, behind the scenes tours, winemaker-hosted tastings and special-reserve-grade wines. Each winery experience is specially created and privately hosted away from the public areas. You will not only receive fabulous private service but you will also get to see areas of the winery that are not normally accessible to the public making the day even more special.

Enjoy your afternoon cruise from the Havelock Marina out into the natural beauty and tranquillity of the Marlborough Sounds whilst your experienced Skipper will explain the local history. You will visit a Greenshell Mussel Farm to discover how mussels are grown here. While at the Mussel Farm, you will get to sample a local favourite - freshly steamed mussels matched perfectly to a complimentary glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
