Upon arrival, you will pick up your rental car and start your journey to Stuttgart. The city is home to two brands of Germany's car industry, Porsche and Mercedes. Here we recommend you to visit the Mercedes Benz Museum putting on display the company's history of 130 years. In the evening, you will continue your journey to Baden-Baden, along with Wiesbaden the most famous and oldest spa in Germany, originating from the time of the Roman Emperor Caracalla.

Day 3

Explore Black Forest Region

In the morning, you will explore the beauty of the Black Forest landscapes by venturing out on the scenic Black Forest Highway to Mummelsee (Lake Mummel) and Sasbachwalden, a picturesque village located in a beautiful valley. In case of interest, a wine sampling experience in the wine-growing town Kappelrodeck can be arranged. Optionally, you can make a half-day trip to Strasbourg on the French side across the River Rhine to taste the cuisine in Alsace that is famous all over France.

Today, you will embark on a half-day excursion to Mainau Island. For more than 150 years the old palm house with giant sequoias has been welcoming visitors to enjoy botany. Visit Lindau

Today, you will be enjoying your onward drive from Constance to Munich. A short passage by car ferry will get you to Meersburg and along the Northern shore of Lake Constance to Lindau. You will be delighted strolling about the narrow lanes in the old town of Lindau situated on an island. In the afternoon, you will continue your journey to Füssen.

Visit Neuschwanstein Castle

You will drive through the beautiful Upper Bavarian landscapes offering you great impressions of the marvellous Alpine scenery on your way to the "Royal countryside". You will visit Linderhof Castle, the most intimate of Ludwig's castles. Next, you will go to Neuschwanstein with a short stop at Oberammergau, the village famous for its Passion Play. In the late afternoon, you will get back to Munich.
