Customisable Itinerary
4.1 • 4 travellers have booked with Ema L.

Trip Overview

Treasured culture, stunning scenery and turbulent history - Egypt has the perfect set of ingredients for everyone with an all year round hot climate, famous temples, pyramids, museums and shopping.

You'll travel to Cairo on this tour and go sailing on the Nile in a traditional felucca to explore the river and the historical monuments scattered along its banks. You can enjoy onboard meals and picnics on the banks of the Nile while on your sailing trip.

The River Nile was the main mode of transport in ancient Egypt, so all Pharaonic landmarks are just a stone throw away from where you land and disembark. You'll also have the opportunity to visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, one of the largest and most intact of Egypt’s monuments.
