Arriving in the early afternoon, you'll be picked up from the airport in a private car and taken to your hotel where you'll check in before embarking on a guided tour of the city's main sights. You'll throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain and wish for your return to Rome, visit the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, a symbol of Rome and the Piazza di Spagna. In the evening, you'll have the option to dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Today you will meet your guide to visit the world’s smallest country, the Vatican City. You will visit the impressive St. Peter’s Square and Church and explore the Vatican Museums, Raffaello’s rooms and the Sistine Chapel. You'll then continue the tour from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) where you can look out over the Roman Forum and then visit the Imperial Forums and the Colosseum. You'll have the option to dine at a Michelin guide restaurant overlooking the Colosseum.

This morning your personal driver will pick you and take you to your cooking class where you will learn how to cook the best Italian food. The class begins with a visit to Rome’s famous Esquilino market, where you’ll start learning about the rich traditions of Roman food and select
the fresh, seasonal ingredients you’ll be using in the cooking lesson. You will then go to a professional kitchen where you will learn how to prepare the dishes and then eat them! The afternoon will be free to enjoy.

This morning your personal driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby to transfer you to Florence. On the way there, you will stop to visit two extraordinary Etruscan towns with your guide. In northern Lazio, you will cross a narrow bridge to the fascinating hill town of Civita di Bagnoregio. In Umbria, you will stop in Orvieto, famous for its Etruscan ruins as well as its Gothic cathedral and the excellent wines preserved in its underground cellars. You'll arrive in Florence in the afternoon.

Today, you'll have the option to begin your day with a truffle hunting experience or a hot air balloon ride over Chianti. Then your driver will transfer you to San Gimignano, known as the City of Beautiful Towers, it is a classic, UNESCO-listed medieval walled hill town in Tuscany. You can admire its 14 surviving medieval towers that create a beautiful skyline visible from the surrounding countryside. You'll then visit Siena with its historic centre, Piazza del Campo and the Tower of Mangia.

This morning, you'll head out on a half-day tour to discover Florence. You'll begin at the Repubblica square and stroll through streets of the medieval quarter to Palazzo del Bargello and Piazza della Signoria. You'll also visit Santa Croce Church with its beautiful frescoes, the Accademia Gallery with the famous Michelangelo's masterpiece: The David, and finally, you'll arrive at the vast Florence Cathedral. In the late afternoon, you'll catch a fast train to Venice.

Today you will meet your guide to head out on a walking tour of the city. Venice’s charm lies
both in its unique civil engineering achievements and in the harmony of Eastern and Western artistic
styles that have flourished here over the centuries. During your tour, you'll visit Doges Palace, St Mark’s Basilica and St Mark’s Square. In the afternoon, you'll visit Murano by ferry boat with your guide where you'll learn about the famous glassmaking trade in a glass master’s private studio.
