After breakfast, drive to a traditional craft village and learn about Truc Chi, an old art form, making paper from bamboo. Late afternoon we start the food tour, where you can try specialities like water fern cake. On Han Mac Tu street you can enjoy clam dishes with rice or noodles and a special shrimp sauce. Crossing Trang Tien Bridge, to Dong Ba market you'll try grilled pork vermicelli or beef noodle soup. Then, finish this culinary trip on Thuong Tu where you'll try Hue's pancakes.

The Mekong Delta

Today is our exploration of the Mekong Delta. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and stop on the way to visit various craft villages to see how to make rice paper. You'll continue to cruise through the coconut jungle to visit local workshops to learn how coconut candy and souvenirs are made. Get on a tuk-tuk or take a bike ride of 3 kilometres and travel along the narrow shady village roads to visit fruit orchards. After, you will enjoy a delicious local lunch at an ancient house.
