Today, you'll be taken on a journey by an expert tour guide to discover the magnificent treasures of Florence. This morning you'll head to the hilltop medieval towns of San Gimignano and Montalcino. Beginning in San Gimignano, you'll learn all about the 13th-century law that enabled the town to stay perfectly preserved to this day. You'll then move on to the mighty medieval town of Montalcino, now renowned for its famous red wine. Here, you'll enjoy a wine tasting in the Tuscan countryside and learn how the Chianti wine is made.

Today, you'll leave Siena behind and hop on a train to Naples then kick back and relax as a private driver will take you to your hotel in Sorrento. Once you check in to your hotel, you'll have the afternoon to relax and in the evening, you can head out to enjoy some dinner. A family-owned restaurant in the heart of Sorrento, AZZ! Italian Tavern is home-cooked food mainly cooked by the owner, Raphael, who cooks every meal with passion and love.

Today, you'll have the option to enjoy a leisure day and some free time to enjoy local attractions, go shopping or soak in the Sorrentine sun, or venture out on a day tour of the nearby Capri islands. Starting at Capri, the famed island in the Gulf of Naples known for its high-end shopping and staggering natural beauty, you'll then move on to Anacapri. You'll finish the day with an optional visit to the famed Blue Grotto, a cave where the water glows a luminous blue.

In the morning, your driver will deliver you to Naples Train Station where you'll board a high-speed train to Rome where you will enjoy an afternoon tour of Imperial Rome on foot. Beginning at Piazza Venezia, you'll then head to the famous Piazza Del Campidoglio, designed by Michelangelo, where you'll have a fantastic view of the Roman Forum. You will then head to the Circus Maximus, one of the largest sporting arenas ever built but of course, you'll save the best 'til last, the Colosseum.

Today, you'll explore some of Rome's most iconic sights on this tour of classic Rome with your local guide. You'll begin your stroll through the historical centre, where you can admire the Trevi Fountain, La Colonna di Marco Aurelio, the Palazzo di Montecitorio and Palazzo Madama – the seat of the Senate and Piazza Navona. You'll also visit the Pantheon, an icon of Italy, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps and finally, Piazza Venezia.

Today, you'll learn about the centuries of history within the walls of the Vatican City from your expert tour guide. Beginning with the Vatican Museums, you'll take the beautiful spiral staircase and continue through the Gallery of the Tapestries and the Gallery of the Geographical Maps.
